Abstract
The increasing development of the textile industries has made the competition sharper. To maintain a competitive place in the market, it is critical for a textile industry to keep their production effectiveness at the highest level. Total productive maintenance (TPM) can be done to improve production performance, both in terms of quantity and quality. How successful the TPM implementation is measured by Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) which shows the effectiveness level of a particular machine. The imbalance pattern between target and actual production in almost all departments in the textile industry encourages OEE analysis to determine the performance of each machine they use. However, operators are facing difficulties in measuring OEE for every machine manually. This study aims to develop a computerized database system to help measure the OEE calculation so it can help the company knows their real-time machine performance. It automates the process of OEE calculation and identify the losses associated with equipment effectiveness. The developed system is validated using the historical operational data of a Spinning Department in a textile industry.

Abstract
Many reported cases of city logistics in literature have been dominated by developed countries and the numbers of cases have significantly increased over time. On one hand, it is argued that the city characteristics in developed countries differ from those in developing countries. The different characteristics may lead to different problems and different approaches to solving the problems. This paper provides practices of city logistics in developing countries. The purpose of the present study is to identify the dominance factors, typical city logistics problems, and associated with the level of study in some developing countries. This paper describes literature-based research that has sought to understand the practices of city logistics in developing countries. The literature review process used a bibliometric analysis and followed by a systematic literature review to organize 118 papers relating to the concept and the practice of city logistics. We identify the weak consideration of aspects of stakeholder behavior in city logistics policy planning in developing countries is the dominant factor. Meanwhile, city logistics concepts and models in developing countries have been widely studied. Based on the classification, the typical problem or subject of city logistics that appears in developing countries is related to transportation networks, routing, loading and unloading systems, and collaborative planning. Many previous studies used an analytical, heuristic, and simulation approach to solve problems.

Abstract. The concept of dual channel supply chain (DCSC) allows retailers to sell their products broadly. Channel collaboration, offline and online, helps companies to survive amid competition through increasing profits. Nonetheless a review of previous studies in DCSC provided no explicit model addressing consumer behavior in two directions, offline to online as well as online to offline. This study proposes an analog model to evaluate the factors that influence consumer preferences for switching channels from offline to online and from online to offline used the push pull mooring (PPM) approach to identify the variables involved in consumer channel switching-intention. The object is apparel retailer under dual-channel structure. Furthermore data is collected by means of questionnaires. Confirmatory factor analysis is then used to test the validity and reliability of the variables involved. Structural equation modelling (SEM) used to identify variables that have a significant effect on consumer switching intention. The results of this study may be used as reference for researchers and apparel retailer managers to develop strategic plans in operating their business.

Abstract
A maintenance strategy is an important factor in the production activities of the process industry. Since the process industry consists of many components, the failure mode is relatively complex. This paper observes one of the petrochemical companies in Indonesia which produces Pythalic Anhydride. The company is able to produce in 20.69 days every month. In reality, during 2017, the company produced 23 days every month on average. Production, known as the calendar day, which cannot achieve the target can affect customer service level. This research focuses on evaluating availability in order to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). One of the best strategies is to control the spare part inventory policy so that the spare part must be available when an equipment downtime occurs. We will use two modelling techniques to solve the problem: (a) reliability block diagram will be used to model the failure mode and (b) the simulation model will be used to model the entire system, including random variables and variable inter-dependency. After conducting scenario analysis by varying some parameters, the availability increased to 91.8% and average calendar days decreased to 22.64 days per month.

Abstract
The problem situation can be observed when the capability of several components on a single machine decrease during the scheduling period and need maintenance action. Since the lifetime is variation, that action often interrupts the production process. The solution can be obtained by grouping the maintenance action with determine the number of the group, component on the group, and scheduling the group to the shop. However, that decision must consider the production plan, i.e., the number of the batch, batch size, and schedule the batches. We propose the algorithm to integrate between both of these two problems, so the total actual flow time minimize. The result of experiments shows that the proposed algorithm could increase the performance effectively.

Abstract
Machine is a vital tool of the company in helping the production process. Every company expects the production to run smoothly, but sometimes it is hampered by damage that happened to the machine, so that the production process is disrupted and causes losses to the company. Engine damage can be minimized by regularly evaluating the condition of the spare parts. In practice, if the inventory policy is not accurate it will causes stockouts or overstocks, which can lead to more costs for the company. This research aims to obtain an optimal preventive maintenance schedule and inventory policy for any spare parts by determine the reorder point (r) and the economic order quantity (EOQ) using the Markov Chains to analyse the reliability of the spare parts and the probability for the corrective maintenance will be needed. After the optimal inventory policy (r,Q) is found, the result of this research is the reduction of the total inventory system costs. If in reality the company is facing the stockouts problem, this research can help to decrease the shortage cost. And if the problem is overstocks that the company is facing, then this research can help to decrease the holding cost.

Abstract
Fulfilling electricity needs which are mostly supplied by the coal steam power plants, such as Indonesia, has its own challenges. Therefore, the government is expected to provide a reliable coal supply to each power plant. The coal supply chain is a complex network in which various coal specifications can be supplied by more than one supplier, and also uncertainty in demand and lead time exist. Each supplier offers different price for the coal and also different transportation cost based on the location of the supplier which are scattered in several places in Indonesia. In order to find the set of suppliers and transportation route of coal, optimization model that minimizing the purchase and transportation cost of the coal to fulfil demand in the power plant was built. The output from the optimization was used as an input to find the effective safety stock, order quantity, and reorder point needed in each plant in order to prevent the occurrence of stock out. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis was also carried out to understand the impact of variation in demand and lead time and also the impact of implementing multiple suppliers on safety stock level in each plant.

Abstract
The main problem faced by local governments in establishing regional development policies lies in determining the focus of development based on the uniqueness or potential of the region. Different potentials in terms of local human, institutional or physical resources cause different regional characteristics. Development policies in the regions must consider all the potential they have. Therefore, local governments must have the ability to identify which sectors are the strengths or weaknesses for their regions. Sectors that are considered regional superiority have prospects to be developed and encourage the development of other sectors. Meanwhile, a weak sector is not expected to be an obstacle to the development process. This research was conducted to create a model that can be used to determine the leading sectors of sub-districts in Bandung Regency. The identification of leading sectors is done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Three criteria with a total of 12 sub-criteria and six alternative sectors become the basis for determining the leading sector. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with competent district or district government staff respondents in each sector. The results of the study in four sub-districts, found that each sub-district studied had a different leading sector.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a quality control analysis of carded and combed yarn produced using the six sigma method. The approach used in working with the Six Sigma method is DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control). The results obtained from the carded and combed yarn products are there are 4 types of defects, such as the strength of the thread does not match the standard, contami, bad rolls and tangled thread. The average DPMO value is both threads of 7,786 with an average sigma level of 4. The root causes of product defects are operators fatigue, age of machines, no machine checks, cotton fibers from the eastern countries and lack of ventilation. The conclusion obtained from 4 types of strength defects is that the strength defects do not match the standard is the most dominant type of defect. In addition, the results of the DPMO value and sigma level indicate that the product quality is good, exceeding the average sigma level of the company in Indonesia.

Abstract
Distraction experienced by the driver while driving is something that can reduce the level of performance, concentration, and attention of the driver. In 2013, 29.3% of the total 100,106 accidents occurred due to drivers who were careless or lacking in concentration. The driver-s level of performance while driving can be measured through a variety of methods, including the response time given by the driver to a stimulus given while driving, spare attentional capacity measured by the percentage of drivers shifting their gaze while driving, and driver alertness that can be measured through driver sleepiness . The three methods are measured on the driver while driving with distractions and without distractions, this is intended to determine the difference in the driver-s performance level while driving with distraction and without distraction. Based on the results of measurements on the three methods, two of the three methods are obtained, namely response time and spare attentional capacity have significantly different results between driving with distraction and without distraction. However, the driver-s alertness level measured through the driver-s sleepiness level does not show a significant difference between driving with distraction and without distraction.

Investment is an activity to place capital in a certain period to benefit in the future. One investments that emerged during the revolution 4.0 in the form of bitcoinas one type of cryptocurrency which can be used as a medium of transactions in cyberspace and carried out online without involving other parties such as banks or other financial institutions. Every transaction using bitcoin will be stored in the bitcoin network database so buyers and sellers will automatically be recorded in the database. As befits money that can be saved as a form of investment, bitcoin which uses blockchain technology where every digital transaction is linked in one list so it looks more profitable. The decision to make sharia transactions and investments can not do something that contains incompetence as part of the universality of sharia values. In transactions and investments must be free from the elements of usury, maysir, gharar, and buying and selling illicit goods. Bitcoin as a medium of transaction and investment has the advantage because it can be done directly, faster, easier and can even cross countries. However, based on sharia values contain elements of gharar and maysir so it is not in accordance with the values contained in the sharia transaction and investment system.

Abstract
A supply chain (SC) is a whole set of activities involved in taking and managing a product or products from the point of production to the point of consumption. Between these extremes, there are many activities ranging from simple to complex that are carried out to satisfy the consumption side in meeting their varied demands and the production end in increasing performance in its entirety. These activities can either be functional or operational or both. To enhance the smooth transition, healthy collaborative initiatives are important. This research seeks to evaluate the meaningful contributions of collaborative inventory management for seasonal products with demand uncertainties having a single order in a cycle through newsvendor and buyback contract for the mutual benefits of a two-tier SC. If these uncertainties are not properly managed, they will adversely affect the players of the SC. To mitigate these negative effects, a Monte Carlo simulation model was used to optimize the decision variable to improve the performance of the SC and at the same time meeting service level. The results indicate that the efficient and collaborative management of these products through buyback contract could potentially improve the entire SC significantly.

Abstract
Increased population and economic capacity of the community indirectly affects the amount of household waste produced by the community. Unfortunately, this is not accompanied by good waste management from the community level. Management of household waste at the community level can be done by sorting waste. The habit of people to dispose of garbage without sorting can be a problem in implementing 3R activities (Recycling, Reducing, Reusing). The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence the community in sorting household waste. This research is based on the Theory of Planning Behavior (TPB) which considers several factors such as attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral controls to influence someone to make intentions in behavior and expand the TPB conceptual model to overcome gaps. The results of this study came from a survey with 301 respondents in two locations namely DKI Jakarta and Depok. The results of this study indicate that attitudinal factors have the most significant influence on the intention and behavior of sorting garbage. While other factors such as demographics, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control do not have a significant effect.

A start-up business is generally developed in a limited financial so that they grow slowly. It is also happened on the cassava meatball start up business run by Madrasah Al Binaa, one of an Islamic non-formal boarding school. Therefore, it is required some alternative tactics to manage funds in order to provide the availability of cash and get profits that will encourage the start-up business to grow, develop and sustain. The growth and development of the start-up business contains some trade-offs, so that this study uses Dynamic System approach to simulate the interrelationships among the variables. This study aims to develop a conceptual model of start-up business run by the Madrasah. It is expected that the conceptual model can represent the real system of the Madrasah start-up business. The conceptual model development is begun by observing the phenomena of the existing start-up business process, and then a causal loop diagram and their equations are built. The structure of the developed conceptual model consists of the main elements of a start-up business, i.e. customers, products, liquidity, debt, reputation, assets and workers. The developed conceptual model is then analyzed by comparing it with the reference generic model of start-up business.

Abstract
Control of inventory of raw materials becomes an important part of the manufacturing process. By controlling good raw materials will reduce storage costs in warehouses, increase productivity and profits of the company. In this paper use quantitative methods that will result in the calculation of the most efficient order quantity to increase the productivity. Preparatory planning by just in time method is done by designing the demand for the next year using the forecasting method of linear trend, moving average and single exponential smoothing then extended by making the master schedule of production to be continued by designing the transmission system. From the estimate of the approximation method with the smallest error value is the 33.57% linear trend method, derives the shortest path and produces lead time using the nearest neighboring method equivalent to 8 hours. So the result obtained is based on its approach at the right time the storage cost is lower than Rp 1,445,708,937 to Rp 542,580,380 and increase the cost of the message from Rp 341,280 to Rp 4,266,000 and the company is able to save on cost of inventory 9.4%

The purpose of this study was to help solve the problem in Citaraje Village about lighting when studying at night. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The data source depends on the theory and field data in Citaraje Village and the resource persons of the villagers. Learning activities are very important activities. Usually done in the afternoon or evening. The obstacle that arises is the absence of state electricity to the village. Then the activities and activities of the villagers at night become disrupted, one of which is learning. During this time the villagers relied on lighting from candles and torches. Most of the villagers profession is as farmers. One of the things that can improve the welfare of villagers is to improve the quality of learning in children. So lighting is a very necessary thing. The economic level of citizens is very low so that the lighting equipment made must be as cheap as possible and can be easily obtained. One of them is using LPG gas. LPG gas has been available to remote villages and the price is relatively cheap when compared to kerosene to make torches. The patromak lamp is used again and changed using LPG gas fuel.

Abstract
In an effort to increase efficiency, a pharmaceutical company wants to regulate the allocation of warehouse workers . At initial observation, it was identified that the utilization of workers in the Warehouse Material Section was low. This is because workers do not comply with supervisors who make allocations based on experience. This research was conducted to assist companies in allocating workers according to their workloads with the hope of increasing utility and reducing the allocation of excess workers. The study began by selecting non-administrative work and measured standard time as a reference to its workload with work sampling methods . After that, scheduling with heuristic and optimization methods is designed. Scheduling is done twice, scheduling with observational data is used to analyze the differences in initial conditions, the results show a 15% increase in utilization and a decrease of 0.2 in the average needs of workers. The second scheduling with historical data is used to analyze the differences in the results of the two methods, in cases where there is a conflict between activities in a period the heuristic method allocates workers to the most important jobs first while the optimization method allocates workers to jobs that produce the least amount of work remaining.

The supply chain risk management consists of: risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk mitigation in the entire of supply chain. The cold chain system is carried out from upstream to downstream in the activities of fishermen at the Karangantu Fisheries Port, Serang, Banten. The results are identified 16 risk events, 5 priority risk agents, and 5 proactive actions. The proposed strategic risk mitigations are: counseling on how to handle good catch results; adding the Port Operational Section in the field of Fish Demolition Inspection; giving penalties for fishermen who do not handle catching results properly; preparing to unload the results of fishing when the ship is on the dock, and proposes assistance for fishing aids to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.

Abstract
Business endurance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Indonesia creative industry sub-sector is evident when it was able to survive when the economic crisis that hit the world a few decades ago. Currently this sub-sector as one of the largest foreign exchange earners for the country. These, MSME have some weaknesses due to the limited ability of Human Resources (HR) in managing their business. From the available data, it is known that around 65% MSME in Central Java have several workers around 1 to 3 people, they only focus their work on production aspects so that they are less focus on other aspects such as financial, legality, marketing, and even product quality. This study aims to create a new model to help MSME run their business by involving Penta helix elements .This Performance Management System-based model will facilitate business owner in taking action to improve their business on a sustainable basis if a decline in business performance is found. So that the model which consists of key performance indicators is expected to increase the performance of business products with a reporting system based on weekly to annual supplemented with a business early warning system.

Abstract
Workers are an important resource in production activities who produce value-added products for the company. However, workers can also cause losses caused by work errors (human error). Human error has a close relationship with the level of reliability of a worker (human reliability) (Masitoh, et al, 2013). Workers with low level of reliability can cause product defects. The workload received by workers affects the operators performance. PT Wafiq Mitra Teknik has a problem that there is a product defect caused by human error at a milling work station which has three workers with workloads that require a level of precision and complex work. Disability that occurs exceeds the tolerance limit of the companys provisions, namely with an average number of disabilities of 0.012%, while the standard tolerance set is 0.002%. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of operator reliability and mental workload experienced by the operator at the milling work station. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the HEART method to determine the level of reliability of workers and NASA-TLX to determine the mental workload experienced by the operator. The results of the study of mental workload with the NASA-TLX method showed that the operators mental workload had a high category for operator 1 by 78%, while operators 2 and 3 had a very high category of 80% and 82% respectively. The results of measuring the reliability level (Rm) of the operator in carrying out work on the work station milling the 1st respondent has a value of Rm = 0.4350, the second respondent has a value of Rm = 0.3627 and the 3rd respondent has a value of Rm = 0.2005 . The value of Rm <0.5 indicates a low level of reliability. This research proposes improvement of work methods by designing a good standard operating procedure, providing training and supervision (on the job training) to operators and improving work instructions that are good for companies to minimize product defects and operator mental workload. This study provides benefits for the company to determine the level of reliability and workload experienced by the operator, so that the company gives attention and supervision to the operator to be able to improve the operators reliability at work.
